We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us for an even exchange or a refund through our return request process.

Returns will only be accepted & processed when we receive a return request and approve the return. In order to do so you must sign into your account and send a return request from a list of your orders. Returns will not be accepted without this process. Requests must be done within 7 days upon delivery and must be sent out with 24 hours of approval. A refund/credit will be issued once approved item is received and will not include original shipping charges. Any return request past the 7 days will either be rejected or have a store credit issued upon review.

Uneven exchanges must be done in separate transactions.
